About the Role

Do you want to work in a service-oriented role while contributing to the community? Then this is the job for you! We are currently looking for a customer-focused person to work at the entrance of one of our clients.

As a stationary guard, you are the face of our client and become the first point of contact with the client's visitors, employees, and contractors visiting the workplace. You will often work at the entrance, checking those who pass in and out, but you will also manage access cards, locks, and alarms. You work independently and under your own responsibility. As a guard, you deliver safety by being attentive and ensuring that everything is in order. The tasks vary from client to client.

This position is suitable for you who want a social role where you are in contact with many people. As a stationary guard with one of our clients, you will be part of a wonderful team of colleagues, where the workgroup operates in Kiruna and Svappavaara and consists of about 25 people. You will start working in Svappavaara and then change your stationing location to Kiruna in the fall of 2025. We are an operation that runs every day of the year, the length of shifts varies, and we work in shifts with both day and night.

If you are not a trained guard, we will train you! The guard training lasts for 9 working days, often taking place in Kista or Luleå. When you start working, you will have an introductory period of at least 3 weeks to get into the job and handle our systems.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience in similar tasks or within the service industry, e.g., reception, retail.

• The position is a full-time employment with start date according to agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period
• Stationing location: Svappavaara until about October 2025, after which your stationing location will be Kiruna
• We have a shift rotation for morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• We work with selection tests

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
